Transit damages can happen where the product is shipped from our ware house or partner to handle this, We will replace the product with the new one. A claim has to be raised with the product details, invoice copy & pictures to be emailed to doa@spectraindia.com.

Upto 5 years RTB (Return to Bench) or OnSite warranty is applicable to all products from the date of purchase (invoice date). The repaired / replaced product will be shipped within 24-48 hours back to you from our service center.
